IMPORTANT: 2012 Season

Please be warned that if I haven't received your affiliation form or email with your details AND payment of your affiliation fee by 21st August, you WILL NOT be affiliated for the start of the season and CANNOT PLAY.

I plan to affiliate all paid up members on the 21st Aug as I am then on holiday until 2nd Sept. So.... please send me your form ASAP and before 21st Aug - you know who you are..... :-)

You've had plenty of notice to affiliate up to now, so no exceptions are allowed and you'll only be letting your fellow team members down if you can't play due to non-affiliation.
