AFFILIATION FORMS TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO TRIALS

Hi ladies,

Please be aware that your affilaition forms must be completed prior to you taking part in the club trials next week. If I don't have your form then you cannot participate....

You can email me at tulinpledger@hotmail.com if you don't have a copy of the form.

Remember, no form, no trial.

You can hand your form in on the day of the trials as well, but better to send in advance. Payment can be sorted at a later date.... no pay, no play!!
