Affiliation Forms

If you haven't already sent off your affiliation form to Tulin Pledger, please ensure that you do so prior to the netball trails taking place later this month.

If you are unable to send your form and cheque prior to the pre-season trials, then make sure you bring the form and your money with you on trial night.
