28th July 7.30pm. Pre-Season Training. Cantley Park Field (NEXT TO THE NETBALL COURTS)

Hi all,

Training is going ahead as planned tonight. 7.30pm-9.30pm. We're moving to the fields next to the netball courts instead of where we were last week.

Neil Shannon is taking the session. If you have a matt that you would like to use for the core work then bring it along. Not necessary though.
