Event Description
Hi everyone,
We're holding Pre-Season training run by a Fitness Trainer from Wednesday 21st July until the 1st September.
Cost will be between £2 and £5 per session depending on numbers committed and venue costs.
Sessions to run between 7.30pm and 9.30pm every Wednesday.
Provisional venue TBC - Cantley Park Playing Fields.
If you 'attend' this event, please comment with the dates you can and cannot do.
This training is open to all seniors (those who will be playing in Bracknell & Theale leagues next season)
